How it works
Only meaningful after a design step, because it needs a mock that a human locked. It reports "did not run" when no mock is locked, or when the mock changed after the lock, rather than comparing against something nobody approved.
This is the check that makes a design review stick: the build is measured against the thing you signed off, not against the last screenshot.
