The matching decisions, with who made each one and why.
How it works
After a run, hyperpowers writes down every decision worth keeping. This command is the only thing that reads those records. Claude never loads them on its own, so the records can grow without slowing anything down.

--by agent_autonomous shows the decisions made without anyone asking you.
Skim that list every few weeks.
--stale shows decisions whose reversal_condition has become true. Each
record notes what would make the decision wrong. This finds the records where
that has already happened.
