You have many decision records and search results are cluttered.

Stale decisions are marked, near-duplicates are merged, and decisions that replaced one another are folded together.
How it works
Cleans up your decision records.
It marks stale decisions and merges near-duplicates. When later decisions replaced earlier ones, it folds that chain together, so a search does not return five versions of the same choice.
It deletes a record only when all three of these are true: a later decision replaced it, it is about files that no longer exist, and it is older than six months. Everything is in git, so you can undo a cleanup you dislike with one revert.
It runs only when you ask. Nothing reorganises your records in the background.
