/hyperpower:standup

The same agents, replying to each other in rounds.

Reference

/hyperpower:standup "ship the migration now or after the release"

When to use it

The answer depends on a trade-off between two concerns.

What you get

Two rounds of answers, then one summary. In round two, each agent replies to the others.

How it works

Like council, but the agents read each other's answers.

In round one, each agent answers on its own, as in a council. In round two, each agent reads every other answer and replies to the strongest argument against its own position. Then one summary brings the answers together.

It stops after two rounds. A third round would repeat the same points at full price.

A standup costs roughly twice as much as a council:

Room Agents Council calls Standup calls
one area 2 ~3 ~5
two areas 4 ~5 ~9
--full 12 ~13 ~25

Pick standup when the question is a trade-off and you want to see the argument. Pick council when you want separate opinions and the disagreement itself tells you something.

As with council, nothing goes into the decision records until you accept a recommendation.
