/hyperpower:scout

Write down problems and ideas spotted during the work.

Reference

/hyperpower:scout

When to use it

Right after a run, while the work is still fresh.

What you get

Up to three new entries in `.hyperpower/backlog.jsonl`, plus a markdown version you can read.

How it works

While you work, you notice other things that are wrong, and they are easy to forget. This writes them down.

It looks for bug risks, tech debt, gaps in tests, performance problems, UX issues and feature ideas. It writes them to .hyperpower/backlog.jsonl and to a markdown version you can read.

Each entry must point to evidence from the work that just happened. Without evidence, it writes no entry. This keeps generic advice such as "add more tests" off the list.

It adds at most three new entries per run. When it finds something already on the list, it raises that entry's occurrences count by one and adds no new row. The problems you run into most often rise to the top.
